When you have been supplied a FTP username/password, please feel free to use your FTP software to access your secure folder or you may download FileZilla (Mac/PC) to upload or download files to us.   

Here is a sample of the info you will should have received and/or will need to access your secure FTP folder:

Server/Host: ftp.jlmsound.com
Username:  assignedname@jlmsound.com
Password: assignedname
FTP Port:  21

(Usernames and Passwords are case-sensitive)

STEP 1
Download FTP client software (FileZilla).

(If you already have one or prefer another client software, just enter then info supplied to that app)

STEP 2
Enter the server address under “Host” and your Username/Password in the available fields.

STEP 3
Click “Quickconnect”.  You should now be connected where you will see the “Local Site” on the left and “Remote Site” on the right.  The “Local” side will show your files and the “Remote” will show our server.

STEP 4
You may now simply click+drag files between the “Local” and “Remote” sections at the bottom.
